temple pday again (plz excuse the lateness)

Where...to...begin...
Well I guess we'll start with the fact that last week we had interviews with the mission prez. We talked about how I'm doing and stuff like that, and then he interviewed me and my companion about taking on another ward...so that'll be interesting but the challenge doesn't start until monday when we officially take it on. Tuesday we went on trade offs and I went into the other area, Holland Park with Elder Ho from Hawaii. It was a fun day. We set a baptismal date with this one kid so that was a great experience.
Because our zone only has 5 companion ships, President wanted us to start having our district meetings as a zone, where as before we were seperate, which was awkward because back then it was us and 1 other companionship of sisters. But now having those meetings altogether makes them so much more awesome.
On Saturday we got to go out to the islands with Brother Malouf and home teach some people. We had to mow this one lady's lawn, which was the first time I mowed a lawn in my church clothes. After that we helped Brother Malouf with moving a member in our ward to another area. Heaps and heaps of stuff, but we managed to do some good working making use of as much space as possible in the flatbed. On Sunday we met with a few of the bishops in the stake with the stake president to talk about member missionary work. Because of the timing of the appointments we not only had sacrament meeting at our ward but also at another ward in our zone! So the first time I've been to two sacrament meetings in one day on my mission.
This week has just been full of first time experiences. Like another first time experience this week was making a little girl cry! We were just door knocking as usual and this one door we knocked on was answered by a 4 or 5 year old girl who started crying as soon as she saw us! She ran away and we were just awkwardly standing at the door waiting...and waiting...luckily the mom or grandma or something wasn't really mad because she couldn't speak any English....
Monday was a regular working day but we got to play basketball for a couple hours because we were playing with recent converts/less actives.
On Tuesday we got to ordain our recent convert Lachlan with the priesthood at his home so that his parents (who aren't members) would get to experience it. As always they were super supportive but as yet they still don't see a need to make any changes for themselves. Yesterday we got to have breakfast with the Camp Hill bishop and the Camp Hill sisters to talk about ideas for a ward Christmas mission plan/initiative thing.
Today was temple p-day, which is always a great experience. So there you go! Lots more to email about but I don't do that well at summarizing :) Have a great week
